Learn about Passel Estate’s conservation efforts during a private tour where you’ll learn about the local flora and fauna that can be found in the vineyard ecosystem. The nature walk ends with a guided wine tasting of four wines accompanied by a cheese platter and a complimentary bottle of wine to take home with you as a thank you for supporting their nature rehabilitation program.
