- The penalty period for trips is 72 hrs from the scheduled trip. Reschedules are possible if made outside the penalty period. If you wish to reschedule your booking within 72 hrs - 48 hrs of the penalty period, you will incur a $30 administration & re-booking fee. Cancellation within 24 hrs is not refundable or reschedulable. Cancelling an activity within 72 hrs of the starting time is non-refundable. If you fail to attend or cancel within the penalty period, you will forfeit the full cost of the activity. Cancellations are not possible due to a change of mind.

Friendly staff. Easy trip. Fantastic experiences.
Easy trip: Free hotel pick up and drop off; All devices required are provided. Friendly staff: A boat to transfer us to the island and the captain staying there waiting for us. A staff member stayed with us in the water to ensure our safety. Both of them are very friendly, especially Sam such a nice friend. Fantastic experiences: Really a lot of fish in the water, just like what we see in the movies.

Snorkelling at cook Island. Met the group at 6:30am, departed on the bus at 7:07am, arrived to the boat around 8am and was snorkelling by 8:30,
The snorkelling excursion was a lot of fun! Everyone was friendly, the snorkelling equipment was provided, and we saw many sea turtles! You have more than enough time to leisurely enjoy snorkelling. I would highly recommend this company, the staff were lovely.
